How can I get my Educational Visa?

For studying at Allame Tabataba’i university as a Persian student, you need to have educational visa. But what are the steps?

• First, you need to submit your request in http://ctpsol.atu.ac.ir
• Then, you have to fill the Visa form in https://uupload.ir/view/فرم_درخواست_ویزا_آزفا-_(4)_1ggj.docx/
  • Please attention DO NOT Erase the information that has written on.
• The next step is getting your Saorg code. For getting this code you need to do these steps:
  • Click on link http://saorg.ir:8081/index.php
  • then choose forms from the top of the page.

                                                                      

• • For the next step, you need to fill the Application form:
  • You can fill the form like a sample:

  • Do not forget to Accesp the information!

• 
  • The next form that you have to fill is “document form”

• • According to your Educational documents, fill this form like sample!

• • Then you need to fill the family form:

• • The next form is “question form” which you can fill as a below:

• • The next form is “image File Upload”

                            

• • Now you need to confirm your information

Important:

Whenever you get your Saorg code you need to send this code + scan of passport+ a personal photo and Visa Application form to ctpsol@atu.ac.ir in registration form or +989302333583 in Whatsapp!

Please Attention:

• If you are +30 you need to Upload your CV in English
• If you have Master or PhD degree, you need to upload your CV in English as well.

In image file upload you need to pay attention to these notes:

• Pixel for Personal photo: 400*600, size 50 KB max
• Pixel for other images: 600*800, size 100 KB max
• If you are/were not a student at university, please upload certification of your high school
